Communication to stakeholders and individuals involved for buy-in and awareness.

Provide an outline of the process and an explanation of the tools to be utilized.

Schedule the activity and make each individual understand what is expected of them.

Complete the diagnostics and frame what was learned and what the conclusions are.

Have a dialogue to contrast and compare understandings to conclusions. Are there potential opportunities?
