To step into alignment, there is recognition that a higher purpose exists beyond any one person, department, or entity. A deeper level of collaboration is now in play to jointly develop the strategy and tactics for success.
Each player's overall strategy must be a reference point of review for any joint strategy.
Determine which individual and organizational behavior has to change to succeed.
Determine what technology/people, equipment/services must change or support the cause.
Determine the level of investment needed and the schedule of deployment.
Determine the governance process and the tools to support the governance.
Develop the training for all stakeholders and doers, as determined by the governing body, to gain continuity of method.
