Xin Guo

Vice Chairman of the Board

Is currently the President and CEO of Career International, which is a leading HR service company in China. Xin Guo is the co-author of the book, MULTINATIONAL COMPANIES IN CHINA: Navigating the Eight Common Management Pitfalls, published by Emerald Publishing Limited. Xin started his career in the aerospace, high volume manufacturing, and consulting services industries. Before joining Career International, Xin was a Managing Director for Mercer Greater China and a global senior partner. During Xin's 30 year career he has held significant leadership positions focused on organizational effectiveness, growth initiatives, business process and practice improvements, expanding organizations through mergers and acquisitions, and converting private ownership to public ownership. Xin has developed an expertise in strategic planning and execution, critical and systems thinking, training and development, revenue enhancement, business analytics, large, sophisticated project management, and innovative problem-solving.


Xin graduated from Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics with a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and a masters degree in Systems Engineering. Xin also received an MBA degree from the University of San Francisco.
