David started his career knowing he would eventually have his own business and therefore spent forty years diversifying his industry experience and competencies. He has worked within the high volume manufacturing & assembly, aerospace, paper manufacturing, building products manufacturing, consulting and managed services, wholesale distribution, and commercial printing industries.

During this time, David has had direct accountability for human resources, organizational effectiveness, marketing & sales, production operations, logistics, finance & accounting, and full P&L results. David has developed an expertise in facilitation, human dynamics, applying systems thinking and simulation applications, critical thinking problem solving and innovation, alternative dispute resolution methods, negotiating change, change management processes, business process design and improvement, and behavioral science research.

David has worked within organizations, both private and publicly owned, from 50 to 175,000 employees, generating revenue from $18 million to $30 billion.
