Chief Operations Officer

Andrew began his career by starting a high performance engine machine shop. He grew the business to the point of merging with a standard engine machine shop, fulfilled his obligation to stay for a transition period of one year, then moved on to a global manufacturing company where he worked his way up from a test cell performance technician to the Director of Operations. Andrew then changed industries and became the Vice President of Operations for a custom printing manufacturing company.

His technical education started as a Master Machinist and while obtaining his Lean Sigma Black Belt. He then focused on an undergraduate degree in Business Management. Andrew has developed an expertise in manufacturing methods, supply chain management, information management and application implementation, business process improvement, training & development, accounting, and human relations & team building.
